Heb begins their interview process with a hirevue interview which consists of recording yourself answering a series of behavioral questions in a fixed amount of time. This is the h e b company profile. At the request of the school principal you will be invited to interview before a leadership panel. This process was very awkward since you are not interacting directly with an interviewer and it felt very impersonal.

I contacted h e b through their twitter page and they told me i would be getting an email. After you submit you will either get an in person interview or not. You can do practice questions and od have 30 seconds to think about your awnser before acually starting. Based on my experience the product and service at heb is always above average and i am eager to be a part of a team that shares my commitment to customer service.

Phone interview then in person interview with curbside manager then in person interview with the head of the store. They had us sitting at tables first drawing a picture then organizing us into groups based on our table. All content is posted anonymously by employees working at h e b. It has now been 9 days since my background check i ve never even been pulled over let alone arrested and i am now frantically searching for work as i was laid off my substitute position due to covid 19. You have to apply online they normally don t take walk ins due to a high number of applicants then you do an online interview where they ask you 7 questions. Interview you must be a current employee of heb isd with a master s degree and served some time in the classroom before being considered for the position. It was a group interview and there were around 20 people also in the interview. They were very unclear what store i would be working at.

So unwilling that they took back their offer. I interviewed at h e b. Was offered the position but when i asked to negotiate the salary they were unwilling. Prepare for your interview.
