Is it possible to loose voltage thru the board.
Goodman furnace gas valve not getting 24 volts.
Maybe no gas to the pilot.
You would need to troubleshoot and test using a volt meter to find where the problem is.
Also cleaned th flame switch.
This video will help you diagnose and troubleshoot low voltage issues you may be having with your thermostat red wire using your multimeter.
When the building reaches the desired temperature a separate signal causes the gas valve to close.
For example if the temperature in your house falls below the setting on the thermostat such as 68 degrees fahrenheit the gas valve opens to activate the furnace and produce more heat.
In this video i troubleshoot a straight cool ac condenser that does not respond when the thermostat is turned on into cool mode.
I did check voltage at 24 volt transformer and have 24 volts.
If you are not getting 24 volts to the contactor coil then you either have a thermostat problem thermostat wire problem or a safety control problem high or low pressure switch time delay relay.
Las vegas air conditioning i.
For example if the red wire is connected to w on the thermostat the furnace should turn on.
Furnace thermostat wiring diagram terminal letters on a thermostat and what they control the hot wire 24 volts usually red from the transformer is the main power wire to turn on or off a furnace components.

If you do not measure 24 volts from w c you should suspect that the ther mostat is not set high enough that it is not working correctly or that a wire between the thermostat and the furnace is open.
This sounds like your furnace is sparking clicking but there is not any ignition to the pilot.
When the red wire is disconnected from w the.

If you have a gas valve that has a pv pilot valve and an mv main valve then i would think that either you are not getting the 24 volts to the pv since the pilot is not lighting to continue the furnace ignition sequence.
Getting less then 24 volts may 18 volts causing the valve to chatter.
